Motivation behind Bridge Workplace Learning

With the pandemic already making lives difficult, learning and adapting to new ‘work from home’ ideas has become a draining task. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of a proper medium of communication. Since just Video Conferencing, Chats and Emails are not enough, we have come up with this dedicated platform for Corporate and Workplace Learning.

What makes us different
Existing Learning Management Systems (LMS) are overly complex for the corporate trainers as well as their trainees. The primary goal is to train the employees for required skill sets, not study the LMS itself. Too much time and effort is wasted in doing simple tasks like conducting workshops, assigning tasks etc. garnished with intimidating navigation and configuration. Time is crucial for organisations and Bridge WL conserves it for them.

Introducing Bridge Workplace Learning
Bridge WL is a hassle-free platform to simplify learning management. It is built keeping simplicity in mind. Everything can be found with minimal navigation. Adding new things is easy. It includes a powerful search feature that sorts results according to relevance. It also has a dark mode which helps reduce eye strain.

What is Bridge Workplace Learning?

One solution to n problems.
Conducting workshops, delivering video illustrations/presentations, posting reports and information, allotting tasks/assignments, resolving queries, providing downloads for printouts, circulating important messages, records, data and so on. In short, Bridging the gap between workplace trainers and trainees.

What are Roles? How many types?
Roles are different types of user log-ins, each having different access levels and permissions as required. Four types: Trainee, Trainer, Manager, Head.
Who's 'Manager'? Requires special training?

The role of Manager can be assigned to any staff member of the company. No special course or training is required for this role since it is an easy-to-use interface and anyone comfortable with the basics of computers can easily manage the system and the training sessions.

What's the role of 'Head'?

He/she is the administrative head who approves, edits, suggests changes, removes, or takes such actions for any training session as and when required. The Head, Manager and Trainer can communicate with each other with the help of the queries section and/or ‘Face2Face’.

What is Face2Face?

‘Face2Face’ is a video conferencing platform developed by Vipul IIoT Solutions to provide a hassle free private conference room for people. Loaded with features to aid communication, it can be used for numerous other purposes too like live workshops, seminars, GD sessions (group discussion), panel interviews and so on.

So, different roles have different features?

Yes. A Trainee has basic features, i.e. session viewing, tasks, reference material, etc. The Trainer has all the basic features and additional features like doubt resolution, edit session and a dashboard summarizing information like number of doubts, approved, active and unapproved training sessions, etc.

What are Training Sessions?

Whenever the trainers wish to introduce a topic and assign tasks, they create a training session which consists of the training material like demo/workshop videos, reference articles’ links, PPTs, data sheets, etc. This session is then sent to the Head for approval after which, it becomes visible to the trainees. Think of it as classroom lessons, but for grown ups. 😉
